Overview

Madisons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join our clients team on a temporary basis based in Addlestone, Surrey.

Our client are seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Site Foreman to oversee the day-to-day running of high-end groundwork, landscaping, and RC frame projects. This is a key role within a company known for delivering exceptional quality and precision across luxury developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside site teams to deliver projects to specification and schedule
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation at all times
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries efficiently
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Contracts Manager and Project Manager
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard
• Manage site documentation, RAMS, and toolbox talks
• Act as the main point of contact for site queries and communication

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Working Foreman within high-end groundwork, landscaping, or RC frame environments
• Strong technical knowledge and practical site skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience managing small to medium-sized site teams
• Good understanding of health and safety standards and procedures
