The Workforce Solutions Partner is responsible for engaging across key stakeholders to successfully define and implement the group-wide approach to workforce fulfilment, providing decision support on fulfilment options, combining data, external benchmarks and insights with real-world context and constraints (inc current and future technology impacts).

The role requires a mix of practical experience in an HR partnering role (either in a COE, or as a business partner), performance consulting, and a strong understanding of HR data and technology. The role would oversee the process of understanding, validating and challenging workforce demand across different business units, and providing data-driven insights into workforce fulfilment options and decision‑support.

Workforce fulfilment planning framework

Support development of a consistent, group-wide workforce fulfilment framework, and upskill and enable colleagues across Enterprise Talent, Enterprise Learning, and Business Partnering on how and when to apply the framework in the businesses they support.

Performance consulting and decision support

Based on the strategic direction and group‑wide framework defined for workforce fulfilment, enable the business (via Talent Partners and PG&C Business Partners) to make data‑informed decisions on available fulfilment options, factoring in such variables as cost, time to fill, skill scarcity, and the longevity / transience of the required skillset. Responsibilities include rapid understanding of business context and constraints, translating business strategy and workforce needs into fulfilment options, and partnering with analytics and reporting SMEs to quickly develop prototypes and longer‑term, self‑serve solutions.

Integration of core technology and fulfilment solutions

Working closely with People Strategy & Innovation team, expand the use of SWP and talent marketplace solutions to improve talent fulfilment, expose internal career development opportunities for employees, and enhance the hiring manager experience. Consider the implication of AI Ethics as new technologies are being deployed to underpin fulfilment solutions, including transparency, fairness, mitigation of bias, employee agency, and trust.

Enterprise Talent and People teams

Strategic partner, enabling the framework and solutions for placing talent into the business, in the right place, at the right time and cost.

People Strategy & Innovation

Partnering and influencing the approach to skills data and employee jobs‑roles‑skills master data, to enable better search, match and placement of employees and candidates.

Sourcing & Talent Intelligence

Collaborating to understand new markets, talent trends, and influencing targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in global Talent Strategy or Talent Management activities, supporting complex, multi‑country businesses. Additional first‑hand experience in Talent Acquisition also beneficial.
  • Proven experience in performance consulting, working collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify challenges, and quickly define solution prototypes to deliver impact quickly, whilst building a sustainable model incorporating upskilling for self‑service solutions.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand and evaluate business strategy and translate into potential future workforce needs.
  • Strong data‑literacy and analytical skills, able to assimilate complex datasets and generate key insights to support business decision‑making.
  • Strong understanding of evolving workforce trends, including the potential impact of AI, and how AI strategies impact on organisational design, skills, and employee learning and development.
  • A good basis of understanding for emerging HR Technology, core HRIS solutions (SuccessFactors), people data, and people analytics.

The role location will be London.
