Hybrid working - Glasgow (applicant must be within a commutable distance/willing to commit to a hybrid working model in Glasgow for the duration of the assignment.

  • Experience in HR activities, building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
  • Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Experience in coaching and people development
  • Experience of working within a Public Sector/Central Government IT Service Environment
  • Professional Qualifications CIPD qualification - desired
