A leading public service organization is looking for a Workforce Planning Advisor. This role involves managing workforce data, supporting organizational planning, and ensuring accurate reporting. Candidates should have a strong background in workforce planning or data analysis, excellent Excel skills, and effective communication abilities. The position is based in Culham with a salary up to £29,459 per annum plus benefits including a generous pension and flexible working options.

Based at Culham, Oxfordshire, or Griffin Park, Calderbridge, Cumbria (hybrid working)
Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. We are looking for a Workforce Planning Advisor to ensure accuracy of our people data within the Business & People Support System (BPSS). The Advisor will support the Workforce Planning Officer to ensure all people spreadsheets and databases are maintained, and provide accurate people data – in order to predict future workforce requirements. Accurate data is mission critical when providing workforce forecasts.
