Qualifications

• Experience in a Programme Management Office, HR or Resourcing Operations.
• Strong skills in pivot tables, formulas, data validation in Excel.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assure accuracy of resourcing data across workstreams.
• Gather updates from managers to keep workforce data current.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders using Excel and Power BI.
