Job description

Job Requirements :

• Lead end to end testing cycles for Workday Financials including Unit, SIT, E2E and UAT.
• Review Workday Financials configuration, integrations and business processes to define full test coverage.
• Create test strategies, detailed test scenarios and scripts using JIRA Zephyr or similar tools.
• Drive daily test execution, defect triage, defect resolution and coordination with functional and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Workday consultants and business SMEs across modules like Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Banking, Expenses, Customer Accounts and PSA.
• Manage UAT planning, tester onboarding, support, execution and final sign off.
• Ensure data readiness, integration readiness and environment stability before test phase entry.
• Prepare and present test metrics, reports and exit recommendations to programme stakeholders.
• Oversee audit compliance for testing deliverables and ensure documentation meets required standards.
• Support deployment activities including validation, cutover testing and post go live testing.
