Job summary

JSS is hiring a Workday Financials Test Lead for an insurer, to define and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for the Workday Finance implementation programme, including Workday Financials, Accounting Centre, integrations and data migration.

The role reports to the Programme Manager and will oversee SIT1/SIT2, UAT, regression testing and cutover readiness to ensure the solution meets business, regulatory and operational requirements before go-live.

Job description

I'm helping a leading insurer find a Workday financials Test Lead to join for defining, managing and delivering the end-to-end testing strategy for the Workday Finance implementation programme, covering Workday Financials, Accounting Centre, integrations, and data migration.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Test Lead will oversee all testing phases including Systems Integration Testing (SIT1 and SIT2), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing and cutover readiness. The role will ensure that the solution is fully validated against business requirements, regulatory obligations and operational processes prior to go-live.

They are seeking someone with experience of Workday financials experience and who has led the testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The role is hybrid working with 1 or 2 days a week in the London office, it's an inside IR35 role with a lucrative day rate and for an initial 6 months.
