Just Group plc in London is seeking a Workday Technical Analyst focusing on Advanced Compensation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in a hybrid London environment and entails 35 hours per week.
You will partner with HR and stakeholders to enhance, support and evolve our Workday platform, with a focus on Advanced Compensation. You’ll lead configuration, annual cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple Workday modules.

Are you a Workday Technical professional with proven Advanced Compensation experience, who loves solving problems, improving processes, and making systems work smarter for people? We’re looking for a Workday Technical Analyst on a 12 month FTC in our People Team, and play a key role in enhancing, supporting, and evolving our Workday platform, in particular Advanced Compensation
Under direction from the People Systems Manager, the Workday Technical Analyst will partner closely with HR and wider business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, annual cycle events, new features, and a pipeline of continuous improvements — all aligned to our HR strategy and change roadmap. You’ll be our go‑to technical SME across key Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent & Performance, Recruitment,, Integrations, Security, Dashboards and Reporting.
