Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager to lead advisory work, deliver integrated cloud-based HR solutions, and maximize client value from Workday investments. The role involves advising on industry best practices, applying Accenture methodologies, and supporting workshops with clients and vendors.

You will work across global locations, benefit from extensive education programs, and have opportunities to shape future Workday offerings with AI-enabled enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.

As a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Supporting workshops and discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Talent & Performance
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

• Experience in organising and running Performance cycles using Workday in different organisations
• In addition to Workday Talent & Performance also experience in Workday Learning, Employee Experience or other Workday modules
• Up to date Workday Talent & Performance certifications
