Purpose of the Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Workday Product Leader to join our dedicated global platform team. Reporting to senior technology leadership and partnering closely with business stakeholders, you will lead a solutioning team of around eight specialists and play a pivotal role in driving global adoption, stakeholder engagement and effective product management across a complex, large-scale Workday environment.
Working closely with the global platform owner, you will help define the Workday vision and oversee the design, maintenance and delivery of platform solutions that meet diverse organisational needs. Your role will involve deep collaboration with senior stakeholders at local, regional and global levels, ensuring rigorous governance, system compliance and strong alignment between technical capabilities and strategic business objectives.
You will guide a skilled team across product design and architecture, leading the scoping, prioritisation and execution of projects and enhancements across the entire Workday portfolio. You will bring exceptional leadership skills, deep Workday expertise and compelling storytelling abilities - someone who thrives in collaborative settings, unites cross-functional teams behind a shared vision, and consistently delivers high-quality, user-centred solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
