Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Reporting Consultant to join their Prism practice and help clients unlock value from people and business data. You will work on a range of Workday transformation projects and deepen Prism Analytics expertise within a collaborative Workday team.

We actively support professional development and certification, with opportunities to upskill and travel to client sites or global events as needed.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Workday Prism Analytics solutions or strong Workday Reporting experience.
Knowledge of ETL, data transformation or data integration principles.
Experience building Workday reports, including Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports and Composite Reports.
Understanding of data modelling and integrating Workday with external data sources.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver high-impact data integration and visualization solutions by working closely with client business and data teams to empower data-driven decision-making.
Architect, implement, and configure Prism Analytics for a global customer base as a key member of the HR-Path team.
Build strong customer relationships to bridge the gap between complex external data sources and Workday's native reporting.
Train end-users and data analysts on Prism self-service capabilities to ensure long-term solution adoption.
Execute every phase of a Workday Prism implementation, rotating through roles such as Data Architect, ETL Specialist, Solution Architect, and Analytics Lead.
Develop sophisticated data models and advanced dashboards to enhance our analytics propositions and grow the business.
Maintain high flexibility, including a willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
