Keylime Consultants are working in partnership with a global technology‑led organisation to appoint a Workday Operations Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking international business as part of their People Technology function, playing a key role in optimising, securing and evolving their global HR systems landscape. The successful candidate will bring solid hands‑on experience supporting Workday HCM within a large complex organisation combined with a passion for leveraging data, integrations and automation to improve employee and HR experience. This is a hands‑on and highly collaborative position offering exposure to a diverse global workforce and cutting‑edge People Technology tools.

Permanent role based in London, operating on a hybrid basis (around 2–3 days per week in the office). The organisation offers a competitive salary and benefits package along with genuine opportunities for professional development. Reporting to the HR Technology Lead, you will take responsibility for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the company’s global Workday environment. You’ll define and maintain reporting standards, ensure data quality and compliance and help to manage integrations and security frameworks across the HR ecosystem.

Workday Platform Lead – Profile:
  • Proven experience providing Workday HCM support within a large global organisation
  • Strong understanding of Workday reporting, data governance and security administration
  • Familiarity with integration concepts including EIBs, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Ability to define and maintain reporting standards and governance
  • Experience supporting HR teams and Centres of Excellence with technology enablement and best practice
  • Awareness of GDPR, audit processes and data privacy requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach
  • Interest or working knowledge of emerging AI technologies
