Job summary

A leading HR technology company is seeking a Junior Workday HR Analyst for a fully remote role, with occasional visits to London. The position requires 3-5 years of Workday Configuration experience across multiple modules and the ability to mentor team members. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £68,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Configuration experience across Workday HCM and at least two other modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
  • Ability to act as the product champion and mentor junior team members.

£65,000 - £68,000 plus bonus and benefits (total yearly cash compensation up to £80,000+)

About the Role

My customer is looking for a seasoned Workday HCM Analyst to join their team - you will be working for an established Global Market-Leading End-User, with a superb team who are optimising their Workday Product Estate at a Global level.

This role will be perfect should you be looking for a role where you can have immediate impact and work at the right hand of the Global Workday HRIS Lead, where you will have the exposure to all the key Workday Initiatives in play across the organisation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Configuration experience across Workday HCM and at least x2 other modules to a 3rd line level.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
  • The ability to act as the product champion for the business, working closely with Stakeholders and Global teams to articulate solutions.
  • The ability to mentor junior team members and users in best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and capabilities with Workday Reporting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the capability to look at the "bigger picture" and prioritise tasks and articulate accurate solutioning timelines to the business.
