Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting Workday Financial Management.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience in a ticketing environment and/or Agile delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Workday Lead for operational support.
• Resolve complex issues as Tier-2 escalation.
• Manage ticket triage and prioritisation.
• Support change initiatives in Workday.
• Configure Workday Financial Management modules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
