Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Finance Associate Manager to deliver large-scale, cloud-based ERP transformations. You will guide financials functionality, translate business needs into Workday finance solutions, and lead configurations across GL, AP, AR, and reporting. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

You will work within a global Workday team, engaging with top-tier clients, and contributing to AI-enabled delivery and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials modules and reporting.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Workday financials functionality.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
• Define and govern design of GL, AP, AR, FA, and reporting modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Create documentation for processes and configurations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of Workday Financials for clients.

As a Workday Finance Associate Manager

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based ERP solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Act as the primary point of contact for financials-related functionality within Workday.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
• Define and govern the design of Workday modules such as the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Create documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimisation.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Workday Financials solutions for end clients.

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Strong finance transformation track record
• Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials modules (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-pay, Contracts-to-cash), including configuration and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
