Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Financial Management.
• Hands-on configuration and Workday reporting expertise.
• Solid accounting knowledge (GAAP / IFRS).
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading functional workshops across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Supporting Chart of Accounts, accounting rules, and reporting structures.
• Delivering data migration, integrations, testing, and UAT support.
• Developing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Managing senior stakeholders including CFOs and Finance leadership.
• Supporting post go-live stabilisation and hypercare.
