Are you ready to take your Workday expertise to the next level? We're looking for a proactive and focused Workday Enterprise Systems Developer to join our IT Operations team.
You will be hands‑on with both enhancements and business‑as‑usual development, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing seamless integrations to implementing best‑in‑class development practices, such as coding standards, testing, and quality assurance.
You will be working with various members of the IT team, such as senior developers and managers to support the creation, configuration and optimisation of Workday modules, as well as collaborating across People, Finance (including Procurement/Sourcing), and other key teams at the Francis Crick Institute, you’ll have the opportunity to build innovative solutions using tools such as AI to drive real‑world outcomes.
Driven by innovation and eager to make a measurable impact by fixing errors and driving integrations, you will thrive on cross‑functional collaboration. Critically you will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills ensuring that projects get designed, tested and deployed in time.
