Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Workday Enterprise Architect (ERP) to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP and Workday financials expertise, define the ERP architecture strategy, and ensure effective integration. This position offers a hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in London.

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong ERP and Workday expertise to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise systems, including Workday Financials, HCM, and PSA. The successful candidate will define the overall ERP architecture strategy, ensure alignment across business and technology functions, and guide the integration and scalability of Workday within a complex enterprise landscape.
