Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant to help clients optimize Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits across global projects.

You will host workshops, lead workstreams, coordinate with client and Workday teams, and travel as needed to deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that align with clients’ strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams.
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up to date Workday certifications, especially Benefits.
• Fluency in another language.

As a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation.
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
