Papworth Trust in Peterborough is seeking a Work and Health Coach to provide personalised support to disabled individuals, helping them enter, return to, or stay in employment. You will assess needs, develop tailored action plans, and coordinate with employers and health services to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
The role is fixed term until 31 March 2027 with potential extension to March 2029 and requires Enhanced DBS checks.
Hours:37.5 hours per week, 0900-1700, Monday-Friday
