Plus One Recruitment in Banbury is seeking a WordPress Web Developer to join a collaborative digital team. You will build, maintain and improve customer WordPress websites from initial requirements through to fully functional, responsive sites.

The role requires strong WordPress interest, good organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, fully on-site in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Responsabilidades

• Build professional, fully functional WordPress websites from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Attend customer meetings and translate business requirements into website functionality.
• Work with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality website projects.
• Maintain and improve existing WordPress sites, suggesting new features for navigation and usability.
• Apply best practices to deliver secure, fast, responsive sites across devices.
• Stay informed about web development trends and continuously develop technical skills.
