YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to own the full funnel for our WordPress customer segment. You’ll drive acquisition, activation, and retention for WordPress users – from bloggers to agencies to e-commerce stores. This role requires sharp marketing acumen combined with deep understanding of WordPress user behavior to capture and grow market share.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • WordPress Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing programs for different WordPress user segments;
    • Design acquisition campaigns targeting WordPress users across paid and organic channels;
    • Create lifecycle marketing programs that drive activation, upsell, and retention;
    • Build data-driven segmentation based on WordPress usage patterns.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Launch multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, paid media, social) for WordPress audiences;
    • Design personalized customer journeys from first touch through renewal;
    • Develop upsell programs based on customer growth signals and usage patterns;
    • Create win-back programs for churned customers;
    • A/B test campaigns to maximize conversion and retention rates.
  • Performance & Growth:
    • Define and track key metrics: CAC, LTV, churn rate, expansion revenue;
    • Analyze WordPress customer behavior to identify growth opportunities;
    • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust campaigns accordingly;
    • Build predictive models for churn risk and upsell potential;
    • Report insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
  • 3-5 years in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS/subscription businesses;
  • Proven track record managing full-funnel marketing programs;
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar);
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into proposals and decisions;
  • Understanding of WordPress ecosystem and user needs.
