Care Team Leader – Worcestershire

Location: Worcestershire

Salary: Up to £13.33 per hour with added mileage allowance

Hours: Full time

Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. No sponsorships available.

We are seeking a new Care Team Leader at Caremark Worcester, where you can grow within the care industry. As a Care Team Leader you will work closely with the office management team and your colleagues to deliver the best quality care service.

Responsibilities
  • New staff shadow shift – complete a full introduction to care, ensuring staff understand procedures and their role. Support staff retention.
  • Report any staff or customer concerns to the office.
  • Verify correct medication for customers.
  • Build rapport with staff, customers, and office staff; promote Caremark and build relationships.
  • Cover the on‑call emergency phone.
  • Guide and mentor Care and Support Workers as requested by the Deputy Manager.
  • Conduct introductory visits with new customers.
  • Perform spot checks, moving and handling, and medication checks.
  • Collect information and documentation from customers' homes as requested by managers.
  • Provide Care & Support to our customers.

Training will be provided, but we expect the Care Team Leader to have experience delivering care. There are opportunities to progress within Caremark Worcester and Malvern Hills.
