Job summary

Buxton Civic Association is looking for an enthusiastic Woodland & Countryside Manager to lead the conservation, management and development of our extensive countryside estate.

Managing approximately 200 acres across 11 sites around Buxton, our estate is a cherished natural and heritage asset. This role combines hands-on woodland work with strategic leadership, partnership development and income generation for future generations.

• Must have leadership experience in conservation or countryside management.

Job description

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Buxton, Derbyshire
