Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Redditch is recruiting for a Wooden Assembly Operative with full training provided. You will join a busy manufacturing team, assembling wooden products to specification and contributing to production targets.

No previous woodworking experience required; training starts on day one. Hours are Monday to Friday with overtime available and weekly pay. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role offering long-term progression.

WOODEN ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday

You’ll be working as part of a strong team, helping to manufacture and assemble high-quality wooden products including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels and spindles.

What will you be doing?

Assembling wooden products to specification

Working from production plans and technical drawings – full training provided

Using basic hand tools

Checking your work and maintaining good attention to detail

Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Following health & safety procedures
