A warm and approachable family are seeking an experienced Nanny Housekeeper to care for their two children, aged 6 months and 3 years. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with babies and young children and will demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and confident manner. They will be responsible for providing the highest standard of care and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to assist with the children’s daily routine, including supporting feeding times and preparing meals. In addition, you will oversee general nursery duties, ensuring the environment remains safe, clean, and stimulating. You will also take responsibility for light housekeeping tasks, including family laundry, keeping the home tidy, and maintaining an organised environment. A key aspect of the role is to engage the children in activities that foster early childhood development, such as playtime and walks to enjoy fresh air and nature. There may also be a potential opportunity to travel with the family.
The family live in an idyllic location in the countryside, making it ideal for a nanny who is accustomed to rural settings. With ample outdoor space, there are plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
You must be a careful and confident driver with a clean driving licence. An on‑duty vehicle will be provided for your use.
