Job summary

TRP Recruitment ltd is seeking a talented Multi-Product Designer for a womenswear brand based in Leicester. You will craft cohesive, commercially-focused collections across multiple product categories, translating trends into consumer-friendly designs with strong CAD skills.

The role emphasizes a strong eye for colour, print, fabric and silhouette, plus fluency in Illustrator/Photoshop. You will collaborate with technical teams, attend fittings and drive development from concept to final sample

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple womenswear categories and ability to build cohesive collections.
Strong commercial eye with the ability to interpret trends for the end customer.
Excellent understanding of colour, print, fabric, silhouette and garment construction.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design development.

Responsibilities

Design across a broad range of womenswear categories to create cohesive, commercially successful collections.
Research seasonal trends, colours, prints, fabrics and key silhouettes for the brand's target customer.
Develop mood boards, colour palettes, range concepts and design presentations.
Create detailed CADs and technical design packs for suppliers and factories.
Select and develop fabrics, prints, trims and finishes suitable for the product and customer.
Attend fit sessions and collaborate with technical teams to ensure fit, quality and finish.
Manage product development from concept through to final sample approval.
Respond to in-season trends and trading information to develop new products as needed.
Ensure collections balance novelty, fashionability, wearability and commercial appeal.
