Success Talent is seeking a Womenswear Designer for a 1-year fixed-term contract in London, focusing on sportswear, outerwear, athleisure and performance wear. You will translate seasonal briefs into original sketches, specs and tech packs while collaborating with Sales and the Head of Design.

The role requires 5–8 years in outerwear/athleisure design, strong garment construction knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of design experience in outerwear, athleisure and performance wear.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and pattern cutting.
• Extensive experience in fit, fabric development, finishes and construction details.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Able to work to deadlines and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow range plans and critical paths to meet deadlines.
• Attend fit sessions and implement changes to specs and tech packs.
• Deliver development samples on time and keep them organized.
• Compile specification sheets and technical packs for clear communication.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Head of Design to build seasonal ranges.
