• Manage the womenswear design team, including performance management and workflow.
• Develop trend, colour and fabric directions and create presentation materials.
• Prepare range and presentation assets for sign-off meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with technical, sourcing, and supplier teams to develop products from concept to final sample.
• Maintain internal material library and seasonal range sheets.
• Communicate with overseas offices and internal teams on a daily basis.
