A leading fashion recruitment agency is seeking a creative product head to oversee global design and development of high street womenswear. This full-time, self-employed role requires previous leadership in womenswear and a strong familiarity with the UK and EU markets. The ideal candidate will have a commercial portfolio demonstrating creative direction, along with team management experience. The position offers a salary of up to $7000 per month.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has come up for a creative product head to join a global sourcing operation, based either in the UK or Spain.

This role will lead the global design and development of womenswear multiproduct , looking at innovation and commercial relevance in the sector.

The role:

• Oversee the creative direction and product strategy for high street womenswear
• Develop product line matrix, looking at costings and lead times
• Lead global design research
• Manage product presentation meetings with customers

The candidate:

• Previous womenswear leadership experience across design
• Good UK and/or EU high street experience
• A commercial portfolio, that shows creative direction
• Previous team management experience

Due to legal requirements this is a full time role, but on a self employed basis. The business is going through exceptional growth, and is looking for a leader in the UK or Spain.

There is a salary up to $7000 per month.
