Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing a department within a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience setting targets, planning payroll, and using market trends to drive performance.
• Ability to coach, develop talent and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the own bought and concession department and strategy, identifying opportunities and risks using market trends.
• Support concession businesses by working with the Concession Manager to set targets and resolve issues.
• Motivate the team to exceed sales targets by improving product knowledge and cross-selling.
• Lead and coach the team with regular feedback and development plans.
• Act on feedback from the business, surveys, and team input.
• Ensure compliance with trading standards, health and safety, and store procedures.
• Maintain high standards through daily floor walks and checks.
