Join Our Team as a Physical Performance Coach and play a pivotal, behind-the-scenes and on-pitch role in driving a world‑class, professional environment for our Women’s First Team. This role is central to enhancing athletic performance and ensuring players are fully prepared to perform at their best across training and matchday.
You will work at the core of our multidisciplinary team, contributing to all aspects of Sports Science and Physical Performance while also supporting operational elements that uphold elite standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to excellence and expertise in athletic development will help shape our high‑performance culture as we strive to progress into the Women’s Super League.
