Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a Women and Children's Programme Project Manager to drive delivery of the new hospital project in Truro, part of the national New Hospital Programme. You will oversee multiple capital schemes, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

Experience in health care projects and NEC4 qualification is preferred, with a track record of coordinating complex stakeholders and reporting to the Client.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum degree level in a building services and/or construction related discipline
• Membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g., APM, CIOB, RICS, etc)

• Lead projects through all phases of development for the Client
• Coordinate, manage and report on delivery including programme, cost, quality, risk and change management
• Oversee appointment of professional project/design teams, procurement and contract strategy, appoint contractors and coordinate design/construction and post-construction phases, managing stakeholders
