Job summary

Rosa’s Thai is seeking a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service—fast, focused and with care.

You’ll run the WOK section, cook and serve proper Thai food, work clean and organised, and support your team to deliver each dish to spec in a fast-paced dine-in and delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen and with Asian cuisine.
• Confident in using a wok.
• Positive attitude and eager to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Takes pride in doing things properly.
• A real love of food.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.
