Job summary

Pho is seeking a Wok Chef to join our busy restaurant team. You will cook Wok-based dishes, prep fresh ingredients, and help maintain high standards in a lively kitchen environment.

We offer training and opportunities to grow with a popular Vietnamese street-food concept. This is a full-time role in our London-area venues with a team-driven, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking Wok dishes preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate Wok-based dishes to Pho standards.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain prep lists for busy services.
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow health and safety guidelines.
