A global pharmaceutical company in Castleford is seeking a WMS Support Analyst to manage and optimize their warehouse management systems. The role involves ensuring system integrity, supporting operational teams, and driving data insights for performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, WMS/WCS, and quality systems documentation, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This position offers a 3-cycle shift pattern and focuses on continuous improvement.

As a WMS Support Analyst, you’ll be the technical backbone of our Distribution Centre operations, ensuring seamless performance across integrated systems including WMS, WCS, MFC, PLC, SAP, and simulation platforms. You’ll maintain system integrity, support operational and IT teams, and drive continuous improvement through data insights, testing, and secure data exchange.
