Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a skilled WMS implementation specialist to support BY WMS projects across multiple locations. You will tune requirements, configure WMS, draft specs for developments, test solutions, train key users and assist Go Live migrations.

The role requires collaboration with IT and business teams, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to delivering configurable, optimized WMS solutions within project timelines.

Qualifications

• University or higher professional education or equivalent in relevant area.
• Experience with BY WMS projects in implementation and upgrade roles.
• Ability to configure WMS in a multi-location international supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Support BY WMS implementation projects within IT/WMS policies.
• Collaborate on process improvements and customer change requests.
• Gather requirements and drive SMART deliverables with project teams.
• Propose optimal/configurable WMS solutions and log developments when needed.
• Analyze incidents and assist Go Live migration and hand-over activities.
• Document solutions and provide reporting/consultancy as required.
