Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a contract Wireless Software Engineer in the UK to work with cellular comms on 5G NR and NB-IoT. The role involves design and implementation of Real Time Embedded C/C++ software, with mandated on-site work except for one remote day per week. Ideal candidates will have strong DSP and L1 software experience. This opportunity is inside IR35 with potential long-term prospects.

Overview

Leadind technology client requires a contract Wireless Software Engineer to work on cellular comms team working across 5G NR and NB-IoT.

The contract will in involve design and implementation of Real Time Embedded C/C++ software, working with 3GPP LTE and cellular systems ( ideally UE side ).

Contractor will need experience with DSP, L1 software, and SW design for multi threaded processors.

This contract will allow one day per week remote, but the rest of time you need to work on site. Inside IR35, long term possibilities.
