Job summary

Verizon Wireless Zone is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers stay connected with the latest wireless products and plans, delivering outstanding service and building trust at our Lancaster store.

You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate devices, process sales and activations, and keep displays vibrant while hitting sales goals. Previous retail experience is preferred, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
