Job summary

Space NK is seeking a Winter Seasonal Beauty Advisor for a fixed-term in Farnham. You will help customers discover beauty products, provide expert advice and strive to meet sales targets.

You will work as part of a team to deliver a first-class customer experience, maintain knowledge of our brands, and comply with store policies while creating a welcoming space for shoppers from October through January.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge.
• Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
• Confidently communicating with external business partners, store visitors.
• Fully embracing the team effort and taking pride in achieving the common goal.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and share with the team.
• Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
