There is the opportunity for development in the role to gain a WSET level 3, and/or level 4 qualification.

Role Summary

As a Sommelier you will oversee all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of wine list for the resort. This will include serving of wine within the restaurant and bar service, managing stock levels and helping develop our teams to be able to recommend and sell wines to customers both to complement their tastes and to pair with their menu choices.

What you’ll need
  • To have previous experience within the hospitality sector or specifically in a role working with wines. Ideally this would be within a Sommelier or supplier background.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge to enhance guest dining experience.
  • A WSET level 2 diploma or equivalent Sommelier qualification is required for this role.
