AutoglassAE is seeking both trainee and experienced technicians. Starting salary for trainees is £29,983 with annualised hours and shifts Mon-Sat (7.30 am–6.00 pm). Experienced technicians can earn up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• You'll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools.
• No two days are the same; you’ll solve problems and deliver care that makes a real difference for customers.
• IMI‑recognised Technician qualification and ongoing development through a full training programme.
