Major Recruitment is seeking a Window & Door Installer (Bespoke Steel) in Shipston-on-Stour. This permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate and a structured daytime schedule with site travel as required.

You will install high-end steel windows and doors, ensuring precision and quality on each project. The role requires proven installation experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work safely within a team on residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installing high-end, bespoke architectural steel windows and doors on site.
• Ensuring installations are square, secure, weatherproof, and finished to a flawless standard.
• Glazing, sealing, and adjusting heavy-duty steel frameworks and hardware.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on high-end sites.
• Working safely and effectively as part of an installation crew.

Job Title: Window & Door Installer (Bespoke Steel)

Location: Shipston-on-Stour (with site travel)

Position: Straight Permanent

Salary: £16.00 - £21.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Overtime: x1.3 during the week (over 40 hours), x1.5 on Saturdays

• Ability to troubleshoot on-site fitting challenges and use hand/power tools with precision.
• A valid UK driving license (essential for site travel).
• Reliable, punctual, and based within a commutable distance of Shipston-on-Stour.
