Job summary

Speechify in Cardiff is looking for a Windows Application Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications. You will define best practices for development and drive accessibility efforts to cater to users with disabilities.

This role involves collaboration with product designers and stakeholders to shape the Windows platform and requires strong experience in C#, XAML, and Windows App SDK. Additionally, you will be mentoring other engineers and leading technical design decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
