Job Title: Project Manager - Windows 11 Deployment Project

Location: Site locations all across UK

Contract Type: Contract

Overview:

We are recruiting multiple experienced professionals to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment programme across national and international sites. These contract roles will operate as Site & Engineer Managers, responsible for overseeing deployment teams and ensuring seamless laptop refresh and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site deployment activities across multiple secure locations
• Oversee contractor engineers and laptop refresh clinics
• Coordinate site access and ensure compliance with local requirements
• Deliver briefings on Device Designation Rules and site-specific procedures
• Handle daily reporting and on-site escalations
• Manage VIP and ANS user migrations
• Submit end-of-day and migration completion reports
• Maintain accurate tooling and record-keeping

Essential Experience:

• Strong experience in site/project coordination, particularly in deployment or migration environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and technical field teams
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel and working on-site in varied environments

Desirable:

• Experience working within secure/government environments
• Prior involvement in hardware refresh or migration projects
