Job summary

Connolly Limited are recruiting experienced window fitters for long-term social housing refurbishment projects across Leeds and Bradford. You will install windows in occupied homes, delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents.

We seek individuals or teams with window fitting experience, trade qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence. CSCS or asbestos awareness are valued but not essential. Join a well-established contractor and secure ongoing, reliable work.

We're recruiting both individual fitters and established fitting teams for long-term window replacement programmes within occupied homes.

The Role

Working on Social Housing refurbishment projects, you'll be responsible for installing windows to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal disruption to residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing windows and associated products to a high-quality, snag-free finish
• Working safely and efficiently within occupied properties
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
• Working in line with company Health & Safety procedures
• Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous window fitting experience
• Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential
• Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential
