Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking experienced self-employed Window & Door Installers to join our growing Coventry-area team. You will install and fit windows and doors with precision, working closely with clients to meet our high standards of quality and safety.

You will measure, cut, and fit materials, complete interior and exterior finishes, and use hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Window & Door Installer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery techniques.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit windows & doors with precision and care.
• Install and secure products using the appropriate tools and techniques.
• Accurately measure and cut materials for optimal fitting.
• Complete interior and exterior finishing work, including trim and moulding.
• Always providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
