Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Window Cleaning Operative in Nottingham for a 06:00–14:00 Monday–Friday shift. You will carry out scheduled works, maintain equipment, and report faults and incidents to your line manager. A full UK driving licence and window cleaning experience are preferred.

You will work as part of a team and independently, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies. We value a professional attitude and reliability.

Working Pattern

This job role is based on a 06:00 till 14:00 working day Monday to Friday. Specialist Window Cleaning (SWC), part of the OCS Group, are currently recruiting for a Window Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven team.

About The Role

• To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manor.
• Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced.
• Report any faults to supervisor/ management.
• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
• Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
• Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/ supervisor.

You will meet the following criteria

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• You must hold a full UK Driving License.
• You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings
• You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self‑sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
• A professional attitude.
