A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this position, you'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. You will work at heights and in confined spaces, exposed to weather conditions. At this site near Matheson, CO, shifts are typically 4 days a week, 10-12 hours per day, with guaranteed overtime opportunities. An on-call rotation schedule is also part of the role, covering off-work hours and weekends. The team usually works in teams of 2-3, climbing 1-2 turbines a day.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• You will need a safety-focused mindset.

• You can identify solutions to issues through process of elimination.
• You will bring at least a year of wind experience, a wind certificate with experience in a heavy industrial background, or 2-3 years of relevant electrical or mechanical work experience.
