Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal

Our client is a forward-thinking provider of legal services with offices across England. They are currently recruiting for a Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal with existing experience in the field to join on a largely home‑working basis. A competitive salary and benefits package are available and negotiable dependent on experience.

Your new role
  • Draft and prepare wills of varying complexity, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring all materials are precise, comprehensive, and professionally presented.
  • Liaise effectively with clients and external stakeholders through both verbal and written communication at all stages of each case.
  • Oversee and manage an active caseload, coordinating with relevant parties to facilitate timely and successful case resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and correspondence within internal systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
